My dear fellow Karatekas,
I would like to know what the criteria are for joining the TKRI. Is it restricted to karatekas of a particular style?
I am a traditional Karateka, and belong to the Seibukan dojo of Shorin Ryu. Like all authentic Okinawan Karate styles, ours has a rich history and deep-rooted traditions. Like many Okinawan karatekas, I also train in the art of Kobudo – Jinbukan style.
Kindly let me know how can be a part of your team.
Thank you.
Respectfully yours,
Arnab Ghosh

TKRI is a US based organization affiliated internationally with Harry Cook’s Seijinkai Karate-do Association. From scanning your site it looks like you are in the UAE. If that is correct the best way thing to do is to contact Seijinkai directly (the Seijinkai is not so much about style as about a relationship to the subject of karate. There is info on this on the Seijinkai web site). The Seijinkai web site address is;
http://www.seijinkai.com
There is contact information on available on the site.
Of course we at TKRI love to exchange training ideas and karate stories so whether or not you end up with some sort of affiliation with Seijinkai please stay in touch.
